Did not receive stamp order, unable to contact Internet

I ordered Christmas Stamps, and a few hours later matching stamps On Dec 20, I received the cards, but not the stamps. According to the tracking numbers they were both delivered. Not True. The price for both was deducted from my Visa. I sent an e-mail and phoned. I was on hold for 1 hr and no one ever answered either by phone or e-mail. I have tried 3 times to reach them and each time it is the same. On the phone all I get is you call will be answered by the next rep. And then a messaage no one is available Call Back. This business should be wiped off the planet. Thank you
