Deferred interest ripoff

I am also a victim of the HFC deferred interest ripoff. I pay my loan payment on time, and according to the date on the statement, and they still chrge me defferred interst and refuse to decrease my account balance. When i talk to an account representative they cannot explain why this is happening.
