Pups A Million Aka Jeff/Tonya Gardner Sold me minature bulldog. Come to find out he is not minature. Diagnosed with inflammatory brain disease and seizures of unknown origin. Pearcy

I purchased minature bulldog from pupsamillion.com. Come to find out he is not minature.
He is a seven month old puppy who recently started to have seizures. After $3,000 in medical bills he was diagnosed with inflammatory brain diease or encephalitis (which will likely require steroid therapy) or idiopathic epilepsy (seizures of unknown origin, which will require further anticonvulsants).
With more medical bills to come the doctors still need to confirm his spinal tap results.
Currently he is taking Phenobarbital for his seizures.
