I too fell victim to the intricate scam orchestrated by Horizon/TCI/VIP Travel agency. I attended the seminar in New Hampshire and after a very convincing one-on-one with Terrance Pridmore, became a Gold Member. It did not take long for me to realize I had been scammed for $7573.00.
I went through the same frustrations as others have. When I did get through to someone on the phone, I was sent to different people until I was promised a return phone call that would never come. Vacation dates were never available, rewards and incentives that were promised were never received, etc.
I have learned the office in New Hampshire was hastily closed down and it seems this company, I use this term very loosely, is based in Texas. I read on this site there was a location in Connecticut. I am currently following that lead in hopes of tracking down another New England location. I am considering taking the advice of others and picketing outside a seminar until I receive a refund.
I intend on reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Massachusetts Attorney General's office. If anyone has any information they believe would help in my pursuit to bring down this operation I would greatly appreciate it. Scams like this one need to be stopped. I don't want anyone else to have to suffer through what I have and I intend on doing everything I can to ensure that.
