Ripped me off by charging me under two different companies for several different amounts for several different things i am trying to cancel by phone but i am only able to reach automative services

Charged continously for services that were supposed to be a one time fee of 1.00, also being charged twice by same company using two different names, charged twice in same month for 20.00 dollars or more, charges unexplainable, want to cancel but can only reach automated services, want help canceling and also rembursement, and to keep this from happening to others
