Under the name "International Awards Center" this company is now targeting overseas people. I am in Singapore and recieved one of their "winning" letters although I never enter such competitions anywhere. A quick check on the internet and no reference to such a company exists. Enter the address they cite in the letter and hey presto, many entries about their scams and legal action against them under the name "Opportunities Unlimited Publication" registered at the same address in Kansas City. Beware, do not send money.
