I received a copy of my home owners insurance for the upcoming year and it stated it was being sent to American Home Mtg, the ones that recently sold me to EMC mtg! I called the insurance company and made the correction as to where the bill should go to and the representative told me they (american) were supposed to contact emc and the insurance company to make sure the bill went to the correct company. I then called and informed emc of the error and i was told it was my responsibility to keep them updated! I told the rep he was an icompetent j* and I didn't feel it was correct for me to do his job and not get paid.
I requested the insurance company to contact me and let me know when the bill is paid. I also feel I have to check on my quarterly tax payments to make sure they are paid on time. C'mon people, how much more of this bs are we supposed to take? Why are these bloodsuckers still in business? Who's pocket are they in?
