Is really going global and they write perfect dutch by the way

I was surprised te find a letter, all the way from the USA in my mail, stating I could win an amount of money, after of course paying 15 Euro
Totally surprised and absolutely not convinced by it all I wasn't really surprised to find that it was a scam.
They also wanted to know how long it took for the letter to arrive at my adress.
In the rules of 'the game' they also state that the winners should sent them a photograph which together with their name they can use for promotional purposes for their dark and foul activities.
I am verry curious where they got my adress and where they learned to write dutch so well.
