Customer service sucks!
It first started with my billing. I am set up on automatic payment however every time my bill is due they find it necessary to call me with the automated system which calls 3 times a day. I started voiding the call and just hanging up them. Then they would call and tell me my payment is past due. I would then have to tell the Arron's employee THAT I AM ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. They then would put me on hold and come back to the phone and say "ok ms. Johnson your all taken care of". I was so sick and tired of dealing with this I called a couple of times to get the amount left to pay off so they would just go away... But then when I asked them what the discount was for the damage to the fridge from the delivery guys trying to get it in the house was going to be they all the sudden did not know anything about it. They said they would come take a look at it but they never showed.
I kept complaining but was not getting anywhere... So then the hero STACY the manager said she was going to take care of it go figure she dropped the ball just like everyone else she told me she would be out to the house her self and again she never showed so I went back in there and again the hero STACY said she would be out with a camera to estimate the damage done mean while I have been paying for a damaged product.
Well when I signed the agreement on the refrigerator was in good condition. The delivery guys should know the measurements before trying to stuff a fridge though a gate. As soon as this issue was brought up it was forgotten... I went in there about 2 months ago to have Stacy call me to arrange a appointment but I still did not here anything but the calls still continued with the automated system stating my payment was due but I never hear from another live person so they must have looked at the account before they called to see I WAS ON AUTO PAYMENT... However no one has tried to make contact with me about the ongoing issue...
But wait I canceled my credit card to get there attention and now they call 3-5 times a day only cause my bill is due I refuse to pay the bill till this is resolved I will pay the total off as soon as they come and take a look at the damage or replace it with another fridge. As for the manager STACY she never did anything to act as the manager. A manager will solve a problem not just forget about it I would give it back but I have been paying on it for so long I am almost have a damage product paid for. So much for helping people right. So ask yourself before getting in to something like this is the product as good as it was when I signed the contract?
