Steve St. Clair
Thieving piece of trash who preys on disabled people and even steals from his own family

Steve St. Clair is a homeless 26 year old man who is homeless by his own doing. He steals anything and everything he can get his fat, smelly hands on if he thinks he can even get a dollar for it. We know from firsthand experience because he did it to us only two days ago.

I (Chandra) was in the hospital with a bout of pneumonia and my fiance (Dan) says he had a case of "cabin fever" so he left the house at 6 P. M on Wednesday, September 26 to go for a walk. He ended up at JGT Plaza and ran into Mr. St. Clair, who walked with him to the Dairy Mart near where we live.

At about 10:00 PM, the same evening, Mr. St. Clair was walking with Dan and bought both himself and Dan a 32 oz beverage at Dairy Mart and they parted ways, or so Dan believed.

Dan then went home and laid down, believing he had locked the door and that Steve had no idea where our residence was.

The next day, Dan noticed that my (Chandra) Playstation2, both controllers, all hookups, the memory card and all my games were gone, as well as Dan's sword, and our apartment was trashed with a Faygo Redpop bottle (Steve is the only person in the area that drinks it around here) on the kitchen table and a smoked Maverick menthol cigarette (Steve's typical brand) in my silver tray that was given to me by my mother, which was sitting by our computer, which Steve had used to log onto his instant messenger.

The games stolen are:

Revolution X (Playsation)
Spyro Collectors Edition Boxset (Playstation) The Spyro games in this are: Spyro The Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, and Spyro: Year Of The Dragon.
Reboot (Playstation)
Kiss Pinball (Playstation)
Namco Museum (Playstation)
Kingdom Hearts (PS2)
Sonic Heroes (PS2)
Sonic Mega Collection (PS2)
Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly (PS2)

Also stolen:

Blue GameStop memory card
original Playstation controller
PS2 controller

If Steve tries to sell you any of these items, call the Lorain Police Department, as these items are stolen and we have filed a police report on Steve.

Steve is about 6'2, weighs 350 lbs, wears thin plastic frame glasses, and has orangish-blond hair. You will also know him by the leather jacket he always wears, even in the middle of the summer, and the same outfit he wears every day, which is a pair of black canvas shorts with white Velcro straps and three chains on the right hand side.

However, there may be fewer, more, or on a different side, or he may not be wearing them at all. He also has two tattoos that he will show to almost anyone. These tattoos are a "Hatchetman" inside the center of a spider web with skulls. The second tattoo is the Asian symbol for the word "dragon" with light gray flames. Another distinguishing feature of Steve is that he constantly wears a black canvas visor with a cloaked figure and the letters "ICP" in red and yellow on it.

Steve's hangouts include JGT Plaza in Lorain, Lorain Public Library on W. 6th Street in Lorain, and Catholic Charities Family Center on W. 8th St in Lorain.
