I cancelled my order in June and July... And then again In August... I was told by Lashyrrai. That it was immediately sent to corporate office for refund... 7-10 days. Then on 8/29 I spoke with Philly who said 30
days... It is over 30 days... And I am to expect a FULL refund. None of this restocking fee... Since on all occasions it was the companies fault... I returned the product!!! I did not order... And have cancelled
3x. Please advise since you are no longer taking calls at your number listed on my card statement..
This was supposed to be a FULL REFUND per
LASHYRRAI!!! This was the 3rd mistake on the
companies part... I called and cancelled 3x... And
shipments and returns and only partial refunds... FIX
it. Or I will call my Bank and dispute the charges all
together..!!! Advise! Liz
