Took the money then deactivated my account because I asked a question. Supervisor too busy to talk

Open my account, asked a question about the different rates and was given a canned answer. Told I didn't know what I was talking about since there is only one rate. Cut and pasted the page in an email and it was ignored. Called customer service and was told the rates were for e-books. The rates of $19.95 and $29.95 clearly listed as RENEWAL rates for the online website of basic or standard package.

CSR insisted there was only one rate of $39.95. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was "too busy" to take a call. Asked for corporate office and was led to some Surplus account voice mail and never received a call. E-mail go unanswerd now but the money was taken right on time and my account is still inactive.
