I received my second noticed September 7 from Wells Fargo Mortgage, Inc.informing me that if I did not provide them with evidence of required flood coverage within 45 days they would add additional insurance. This is the second time they have done this to me. My mortgage payment had already increased for the new year by 700.00 and now they are wanting to place additional coverage. We are in a 100 year flood plan and live on a fishing lake to where the water is only 4 feet high. We built our house by specs and are 8 blocks high, way above the flood zone. These people really need to be in jail for what they are doing.
