I purchased a Canon EF lens from these guys at a price well below retail. The lens works fine. However, it was packaged in a plain white box without an instruction booklet or warranty card. I called Canon and was told that only refurbished lenses are packed in white boxes. Actually, my real complaint about this "company" (2 guys with an 800 number) is that everything they say is misinformation. Three examples: Canon ships lenses for retail sales in white boxes. (Even grey market products come in the multi-colored Canon box.) An EF-S series lens will work on a Canon 5D. (I wanted an EF lens for my 20D because I am planning to buy a 5D later.) UPS provides a service called "Express ground shipping" (They shipped my lens by UPS ground and charged me for express, hence "Express Ground") That one came out of his mouth so smoothly that I actually had to check with UPS. Here's the kicker. At the price that I paid, I would have happily purchased a refurbished lens from them! I think that these guys actually get a thrill out of scamming people. Straight out of Saturday Night Fever.
