White Lion Tae Kwon Do
Poor training. Had a black belt that appeared on DATELINE NBC as a PEDEFILE! Refused to let me out of contract and sent me to collections for protecting my child Ripoff

So called "Master" Matiello is coming after me for over $2,000. I signed a one year contract for my daughter and myself to attend thier so called "school" for martial arts.

Came to find out that one if their black belts whom I have a picture of putting a belt on my 8 year old daughter. A few months after he left their school was caught on DATELINE NBC attempting to meet up with a child after having sexual internet chatting with them. Apparently he had done this before.

When I found this out I decided t hat I could no longer allow my daughter to attend classes there in good concience. THe owner of the company "master" Matiello told me that he would work with me. Great.

I offer to continue to allow my daughter to attend their school ONLY on days that I too will attend classes. This guy is the most money hungry guy I have ever seen. Even though I told him exactly why I wanted to supervise my daughters visits to his school he refused and said not only will he not allow me modify his contract he will come after me for all the money he thinks I owe him.

These guys had a Black belt instructing our children. He led classes on several occassions. I don't think i'm outside of my rights to request that my daughter be supervised by someoen I can trust. MYSELF.

Now I have to let this damn collections sit on my credit because this money hungry guy is pissed that he's losing my $275 per month.

NOt only that but it should be known that this is very poor martial arts. I have a background in martial arts and it's very easy to spot someone that does not really know what they are doing. He tried teaching Tai Chi which he was READING OFF A PAPER!!!

They entier staff was constantly referring to papers when asked about names of forms. Even during testing it was clear that the supposed "master" didn't know the movements in teh forms he was supposedly testing people on.

This place is a ripoff and the owner is a money hungry opportunist that can't understand a parent's rights and concern for their children with their lack of background checking on someone they leave in charge of the childrent we leave in their care!
