Is a deceptive ripoff company, false promises

I received a pre-approval letter for a $5,000.00 credit card. All I was instructed to do was to send in a one time fee of $45, &49 if you wanted it rushed.

My check has cleared the bank and I have not received any credit card from this company. So I went to find out about the company online and I see Rip Off Peoples Credit First report. And not just one. I've been ripped off!
