This morning I checked my Credit Card statement, and because I had only three charges for last month, I was able to identify a fraudulous charge from TLG*SHOPPER for $9.99. I have never purchased anything from that company, and they have been charging my card for the last 7 months at least.
Called my Credit Card company, and they should take care of that.
Called TLG*Shopper, and they have a recording stating they have too many calls and that we should call another day.
AFter several attempts, I was able to speak to a Customer representative - he assured me the company would reimburse 4 months - and that they would send me a special form in order to reimburse the other months they have been pulling money from my account. Based on what I read about this company, I do not believe I will see any moneys from them - I do rely on Master Card to get the money back though.
It happens that TLG got my credit card information from the Orbitz site.
