I contacted this company knowing that there are many tax areas I needed advise on and I have been looking for guidance on increasing my take home pay. I was disappointed from the very 1st couple of days as I was told that I would be receiving a call later that day to start the 'interview process' to begin the necessary work to examine past 3 tax returns for adjustments and re-filing... Guaranteed $3,000 in refunds due me.
At this point, seven weeks later, I can't get my money back even though I've been promised numerous times "you should have the check any day now": "the check was mailed 2 weeks ago":
'It's out of our hands now, it's in the routing company's control"...
Not one person tells you the same story twice in a row, you can't speak to any supervisors, the accounting dept does not take incoming calls, and messages left Never get returned.
