I ask everyone that has been a victim of this company to file with the Washington State General Attorneys Office. There are many people in our situation who are looking to fight this issue with this company. If you don't file they will not find you, that simple.
I also was a victim of Web Source Marketing / Captures who have not gotten any return phone calls or emails from this company. It seems to be their way of doing business.
I tried over and over again to contact them and nothing.
August 9 I was contacted by them over the phone. Again with their dishonest business practices they claimed to want to settle the matter that would make everyone happy.
Instead it was a ploy to create havoc and fight with me. I am not interested in having verbal fights with these people over the phone or by email. All they do is twist the story around and elude the real issue, my refund of $3,000.00.
It seems they put the blame on us just for listening to them on the phone, yet they do not say how they stalked some of us and befriended us using our emotional weakness of family illness and how bad they claim our sites are.
My new site was not up and running yet, when I made the mistake to get a free analysis from their site; not knowing that they could track me and my information to begin stalking me over the phone.
I never called them to set up any business, they always called me. Mr. Mike Bigsby who befriended me should be ashamed of himself, and I hope God shows him mercy when the time comes to teach those close to him moral values.
Warren D. Who knew I wanted to cancel, ignored me, telling me he would help resolve this issue left me hanging.
Mr. Jones who was to investigate the matter is just another way of stalling the matter. He came to me with hearsay and when I asked for proof he hung up on me.
Ms. Ronna, had the nerve to call my home and leave a message asking me to return her call because we would resolve the matter in a way that would make us all very happy. This is a woman who told me that she only responds to complaints made by us at the BBB and Attorney Generals Office in Washington.
Yet, she made a false claim that the issue of the refund would be resolved. That was a lie as they all at Web Marketing Source/Captures tells most.
I did thank her for the false intensions she had for calling me, and told her we are not interested in fighting with them.
I do thank them for confirming their unprofessional business practices and the tactics they use. I did tell her to continue responding to the Attorney Generals Office and the BBB on behalf of WebMarketingSource/Captures, even though she has no knowledge of the issues at hand.
Most of all I did leave off with telling her that I do not and will not any longer speak to clerks or those not directly involved with the issue.
Reason for that: it was the same nasty and intimidating attitude they try to impose on us. They are very rude and all their replys to all of us are rehearsed like from a script.
I am glad we were not there to answer the phone because their true intensions were to harrass us some more and not settle the matter as they claimed in the phone message.
