Terminated service to property owner ripoff

I purchased an item from HSN and because it was past the 30 days they were unwilling to do anything about their false advertising and return the product.

Eventually they sent the matter to their collection dept

The issue is my landlord who is the property owner of the address i used with HSN is refusing to send any more products to her even though is is one of their valued customers and spends thousands of dollars with them

Their representative use the "there is nothing we can do" statement.

This seems illegal and certainly bias based on my actions not hers
