Deceptive practices, not telling the whole truth, read the fine print

I, like others, read the ad for the $4.95 startup web kit, thought why not give it a try and next thing I know, I've gotten a couple of sheets of information and my bank account is minus $49.90. This is a very deceptive practice and this company needs to re-imburse those of us that have been ripped off.

The biggest problem, I see, is that the amount is just below the $50.00 mark, and most lawyers will not even think about such a small amount. However, if you look at the number of people that have been ripped off by this company, you know they should be closed down.
