I ordered a tape to learn to speak Spanish.
After listening to tape did not help at all, so I decided to send it back. I sent it back in the package that it was sent to me. I have not received a refund and now they are telling me that they have, not received the item. And they refuse to send me a refund of $79.00 that is owed to me. It is not my fault that they do not have the tapes I did send them back. No Company should be allowed to rip Customers off and get away with it.
