I went to this privacy matters.com to get a credit report from all the credit reporting agencies and they said it was free. It said I had to put my credit card in for a processing fee of $1.00 and I got charged @ $1.00 fee from them and one from another company and I don't even know what this other company is.
Then I get an email saying that I would be charged on my card $14.95 a month for this and I had to cancel within 7 days. I have called to cancel and couldn't get threw anywhere and then on the 7th day they charged me $29.95 not the $14.95 like it said. So I call on the 8th day and finally get threw and I went into cancel and it charged me another $29.95.
I finally called and got threw to a customer representive and he said that I wouldn't be charged for the other $29.95 so I will just have to wait and see if they charge my account again. I will let you know if they do
