Had me pay 19.99 saying i won 1,900, 000.00 100% confirmed and was wanting on my 19.99 Ripoff

It was my fault for sending the money i never won any thing barely making ends meet raising a family of three 10 yr old 13 yr old 17 yr old i made promises now i cant keep got to find a way to explain to my boys why daddy lied to them when i punish them for lying
