Rebate fraud... Here's a phone number Ripoff

I baught my product on October. Everytime I call (if I can reach someone) they tell me that they're gonna send me the money (75$).

After a long list of e-mails, I was able to get a phone number of guess who... The guys that handles the rebates himself, so I talked to him and he said that they will send the money on the 9th of July. When I asked him how much is it gonna be, he said 20 $, so I told him that it's 75 $, his answer was (unfortunately that's what we have on our files). I still have the receipts and it's very clear that I should get 75 $ and I sent it to him as an attachment.
