For the past 4 months i kept getting charged for something called Privacy Matters 123. I finally found the number to call on my statement and cancelled the account. I do not remeber signing up for this service. I remember filling out a request for a free credit report, but nothing else. I have had over the limit charges on my credit card for 4 months that i feel they should reimburse me for, but i cant get a live person on the phone when i call. The system is completely automated.
