My credit card debited on 3/31/07 for $205.00. Site's "order status" report shows oreder shipped, but gives no tracking info.
As of June 3, no delivery of order. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via e-mail, phone and "live chat" have been fruitless. No customer service individual answers even after phone waits in excess of 30 minutes.
I have demanded a complete refund via e-mail and live chat; no response!
What a racket!!
