Companies and names you see with this report is just a small list of crooks that go by name of Warren H. Chang, and Scott Warner Chang they claim to be INTERNATIONAL BANKERS! They Go around the world promising millions and do nothing but take your assets.

These two individuals claim they own Panorama LTD, Gold Coast Finanacial, Lifegroup Corp, and others also claiming to be able to provide bank instruments at a good discount. After all is well and dont all documents are fake and they have disapeared. I have had the unfortunate chance to meet directly with Warner chang in the netherlands one of these individuals and must say that they are good at what they do.
