Back in October I got a card that said I may be eligible to receive cash and grants so call this number. I did and told them I was looking for only help with my house payment. I asked a number of times if I would be able to receive mortgage help.
It was implied that I would. They are good at the way they word things. I agreed to what what discused. I did not have the money until Novemeber it was taked out then and I waited weeks to get their lovely paper work sent to me. I filled it out and then another 12 weeks to get any result.
What I got was completely not worth the paper it was written on. The first 3 pages where for small business loans. Hell I never asked for any of that. The fourth was to get a loan for a manufactured home. What, they know in my paper work I owned my own home and was looking for help for that. Many pages for assitance for food and the like. Not sure what they were looking at but most of the help, my income was over the limit, even with the income less then what I am making now. Pages for post high school and the like. My kids are 15 and 10, dont think they can use that, and again I never asked for any help with going back to school.
It went on and on like that. I called their number and only got a song and a dance from them. They asked me what I was looking for and told them that I need help for my house payment and they said, the government does not do that and I said, I would have never allowed you to take money out of my account if would have said we cant help you with that, they never said that.
The form you fill out is completely in their favor. Very vague questions and even with the short life story of what you are looking for, they still send you pages after pages of nothing and in the least, this is stuff you can find out on your own.
Here is the deal, I thought there would be something one thing on there pretty list of nothing that would get me in some direction for aid, what I got was nothing and then they want you to go through 3 hoops to get your money back, and you have 6 months to do it.
The hook they have you on is that ohh You agreed to the terms did you not. Not to the crap I got terms. Lie lie and lie somemore they do and the have the thing rigged worse that casinos do to win.
I pray this place to hell. They do nothing for the money and sit back a pretend they have done everything to make it right.
Shame on them. Shame on me for being so stupid.
