I wish I would have looked on this site before buying into SMC. I guess like many others I trusted Tom Bosley's face and the fact that the company has been around for so long.

I paid the $39.99 which was billed to my debit card and was excited about getting started. I had to make an appointment to talk to a coach who called me an hour and 10 minutes late after our set

Appointment time. Then he was very flaky and unprofessional and did nothing at all to coach me but like the others, just tried to sell me tons of other things.

It really was ridiculous. I became livid when he said I was already being charged for the website, per month, that I told them, when they signed me up, that I didn't want!

He said that the people who sign people up are not supposed to tell anyone that... Gees... These people are idiots and also talk to you in a way that tries to belittle you.

I called back to complain and was put on hold for an hour and a half. I set my phone down and put the speaker on and just waited. Finally I gave up and called back on the other number that they gave to me. On hold for another hour, at least it was an 800#!

Another thing, if I were to put something for sell on an online auction, even if it were a $5.00 item, they charge a freight charge for every item of $10.00! I would not make a profit at all on those kind of charges! Their shipping charges are unbelievable!

I would never want to try to run a good business with this shady outfit. The coach on the phone even told me that I could put the items for sale on the auctions and then overcharge people for shipping! Talk about a horrible dishonest business!

I have sold things on my own for several years and stay honest and give my customers great service and know that I could never run my business the way these people want you to!

SMC should stand for:'Scam More Customers'!

I won't mail their junky kit back! After all, I paid them $39.99 for about $10.00 worth of worthless paperwork. I know they won't refund me so I am not spending anymore money on mailing back the worthless bunch of paper they sent me just to scam me.

I called the bank and cancelled my bank card so they can't bill me ever again. The bank is sending me a new card and it's worth the few days wait to get it just to keep those dishonest Scammers from taking anymore of my hard earned dollars.

Class action lawsuit? Count me in!
