Andie ballanger bids and wins jobs, outsources these same jobs, does not pay the subcontractor whom she outsources the work to. Currently is ineligible to participate on guru she just keeps jumping to other freelance sites, and does this to other subcontractors. Someone must stop her. Please join us in preventing her from continuing to rip off subcontractors.
