Rejuvalift is an unethical company operating fraudulently as a physician-directed medical facility. The existence of this facility is detrimental to the health and well-being of the public, and is a danger to any patient who is treated by Lynne Shaklan-Brown, the sole owner and operator of the facility.
The owner, Lynne Shaklan-Brown (aka Lynne Brown, aka Lynne Shaklan), who claims to be a PhD but has no such degree, is injecting Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy and other substances into patients without any medical degree or licensure. She goes by Dr. Brown to gain the trust of patients who do not ask to see her credentials.
Further, Lynne injects non-FDA approved Botox (from Canada) without the consent or knowledge of patients. She also injects unknown, unapproved dermal fillers without the knowledge or consent of patients. She tells patients she is injecting Restylane or collagen, but instead injects a poor quality substitute.
Lynne has forged prescriptions for hydrocodone for her own use (over 700 pills in a 3-month period). Lynne treat patients under the influence of a controlled substance obtained illegally.
Lynne Shaklan-Brown does not fall under the Medical Board because she is not a physician, so they have no interest in expending their energy to stop her from treating patients. Despite the multiple felonies she has commited by forging prescriptions, she is considered a small fish when compared to the local meth labs and dealers, so the DEA has not taken the time to prosecute her. She needs to be stopped before she injures or kills someone.
Lynne has taken tax deductions from her employees, but has not paid the taxes to the IRS. She refuses to provide the necessary documents for her employees to file taxes.
