Premier Random Lotto - Letter and check for $2998.70 for lotto win. I did not cash the check, although the bank verified the account and funds were there. This is definately a scam! Ripoff

Premier Random Lotto sends a check for $2998.70, asking you to deposit it in your bank for clearance fees. You then recieve a bank check for $114,000. They want this kept confidential as part of a security protocol. Names on this letter: Kathy Thomas (Standard Financiers), and signed by Rodney Williams (Prize Coordinator). Scam all the way! Do not cash this check!
