I have been trying to get an online education for my BA in Buisness Admin and since the beginning I have had nothing but problems with the school. The administration sounds helpful and friendly but they never actually do anything they say they will do.
I have money missing from my account and they have said three times they would mail a detailed description of all moneys received and what they went to it has been almost a year and I have yet to receive one. They said they would credit me two blocks of classes for free because of their mistakes and they have not yet done that and the last class they have billed me twice on. Evertime I call they say that I have a new counselor and the old one supposedly was transferred to another department.
I already plan to change schools but I am unhesitant of what will happen to the funds that need to be forwarded to the new school. One of my classes was comlete and the shoe that I got zero credits. And another class they made me take twice. Even though I had already finished it with an A.
I hope the right authoities can be notified to audit the school and see what happens to all of the money. For 795$ a class I expected an excellent education and all I am getting is headaches and ulcers. I would not reccommend this school to anyone.
