I search the internet for this company, Credit Service Division (CCA). I experienced the same problems that others mentioned... Lowering the payment... Pressuring me into staying with the company. I do not have the money pay this and I am going to call them and tell them. I was unaware of all of this and I have learned a valuable lesson.
