Sending Tapes and charging but no way to cancel. Customer service invalid when you try to e-mail it

I continue to receive girls gone wild video's and being charged. The customer service e-mail address will not send. I am unable to cancel this product. This product is not very good or entertaining. Do not want anymore but can not cancel. What can I do to stop this please respond.
