Directwholesalesolutions contacted me by phone because I'd filled out a survey and at the end it said you had to pick 2 things from 3 catagories so I was trying to pick things that I didn't have to buy.
One was about a home based internet buisness. Then when I went to the 2nd level I realized I was going to have to buy stuff so I just didn't finish the survey.
Not long after I recieved a phone call from these horrible people and they made this buisness sound great, like you couldn't go wrong. I thought this would be a great gift for my kids at Christmas and I was told that they would make $4000 to $5000 a month.
The next person I talked to said I needed to pay at least $1,500 for advertizing. They never told me there were less packages and they said because they were having Chrismas specials they would match what I paid. I had already gave them $288 to start the buisness and stock the store with thousands of items. The $1.500 was to build the web site and advertizing.
They sent me papers to fill out and fax back to them but they wanted me to sign stuff thar would let them off of any liability on their part and they wanted me to make an impression of my card which I wasn't about to do.
They kept telling me it would protect me against identity theft but I checked them out about 2 or 3 minutes after I gave them my card number and came across this rip-off, scam sheet. I tried to call my card and stop payment and asked for a conferance call but they had already taken the money out that fast. They also tock money out that I didn't authorise for hosting the web site. They said the hosting charge would be waived until Feb. And it would be $25 a month but they took $75 out in December.
I have called them and pleaded with them to return my money and told them I had seen the consumer complaints and that was all the money I had in the world. I had just gotten a credit card increase for $2000 and they wiped me out. Now I have a min. Balance that I can, t afford as I am disabled and have a very limited income.
I call all the time and they won't return my calls and today when I tried to get them on the internet it says that buisness does't exist. I tried calling and they still have a ansering machine saying they'll get bact to you shortly but they never do.
Don't let this company do this to you. They're getting rich and they don't care who they hurt. I called the FBI today. I'll have to see what happens. They also sent me papers that belonged to someone else and sent mine to someone else. The papers have our credit card numbers on it so now I know that somebody out there could use my card number to charge stuff but I don, t want to cancel my card in case that they ever do refund my money (haha) they might only do it if they can put it back on my card.
I told 2 or 3 of the employees what they had done and they said they'd find out who had mine and then I stopped hearing from them. Anthony Michael was supposed to be my coach and Robert Lewis was the customer service person that was suppose to help me. When I called one time they said my coach was on a leave of absents and did not know when he would return. He was the one who was supposed to build my web site and do my advertizing. What a joke!!!
Robert Lewis was supposed to be my other contact in customer service, He will not return any of my calls and nobody else will either. Please think twice before believing any one that tells you that you can make alot of money doing a internet buisness.
