I Authorized John Robert Powers to charge my debit and credit card with 2,900.00 USD, for acting and modeling classes for my 8 year-old kid. Days after I deciced to cancel the contract because of the bad references I received of John Robert Powers, I sent a Fax and a certified mail letter cancelling the enrollment. I went to their office and Mr. Barry McDonald (the person in charge) told me that in 30 business day I would have my money back that was on October to day February I haven't got my money back, and Mr. McDonald never answers my calls and when I go to his office, never shows up.
There must be a way to stpo this kind of scams.
