Unauthorized charge of $399.00 to credit card ripoff Internet

I recieved a charge of $399.00 on my credit card. I called the phone number on the charge, which was the only thing provided, and got a voice mail with no spacific instructions. I went to a suport site they offer and got no help. I have since cancelled my
credit card an will file a police report with my local PD Dept.
