Ripoff and Non approved charges to credit card account

I noticed an unauthorized charge when while making my credit card payment on line. So I called the phone number listed and they gave me the run around. I told them that I was signed up for information on Growing Rich w/Google. There wasn't suppose to be any charge, howver they charged me $29.95 for a CD that I never recieved plus another charge of $3.95 for the same thing.

I called them on the phone and they said that I could get access to the web site by clicking the link in an e-mail that they supposedly sent. I told them that I never recieved any such e-mail. They said that he would resend the e-mail and so far I haven't had any such e-mail sent to my address.

So I called mny credit card company and cancelled my card when I noticed a pending charge, two enties, for Grant Writter Pro of which I nevr requested.
