Charged my visa acount $49.97 USD without my permission on Dec 27th ripoff

I went to a site where it advertised free ebay cd for $1.97. Then a week or so later fastauction showed up on my visa account charging me 49.95 USD. For one thing i didn't even get the cd i paid for in the first place. I sent them a few emails and they came back as not deliverable.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
