This company stole my information from another site where I applied for a loan, and then cashed a check for $49.95 without my authorization with some bogus check number of 9999. I now have no access to my funds, have to wait for the check fraud unit of the bank to clear this up and will have to close the account.
How can they be allowed to steal personal information without authorization? And how does the bank get away with holding up my funds while they investigate and charge an overdraft charge on top of everything else when they cashed the check knowing full well there were no funds to cover it calling it a "courtesy".
I wish I could cash a check when I needed money knowing I didn't have enough money in my account. Seems to me like everyone works for the scammer, not honest people.
