Wealth Intelligence Academy, Whitney Education Group, Teach Me To Trade Ripoff, Dishonest, No customer service, deceitful advertising, voice messages

This company, which goes by several names, "Teach Me To Trade", "Wealth Intelligence Academy", "Russ Whitney Group", "Whitney Education Group" has denied my late brother's estate a refund on "stock trading classes" he signed up for before he died. He took 1 of 6 classes and never called the "mentor" before he passed away. As his estate's trustee, I contacted Wealth Intelligence Academy's "Student Resolutions" department in an effort to get a refund of the classes he did not take. He had originally signed up for their "2 for 1" deal with a friend. My brothers share of the classes and mentor was $12,995.00! All I wanted was a refund of the classes he did not take and I offered to pay for the textbook he had received. I started the dialog with them in July and this dragged on til late December when I finally filed formal complaints with the State of Florida and the State of Utah (where their Student Resolutions department is located). The folks in their Student Resolutions department are well trained in evasion, putting folks on hold for LONG periods of time, not returning phone calls, not answering calls at all and, they hold the market on RUDENESS! What's funny is that their recording that plays when you are on hold states that they "strive to resolve every issue in a win-win manner"!! (I should know, it's permanently etched in my mind I heard it so may times!) What a bunch of hooey! I guess I would have thought that under the circumstances of my brother's death they would have been a little understanding and work with me to come to an amicable solution. NO! He didn't know he was going to die when he signed up for their lousy classes! In my effort to resolve this situation, I even contacted the Florida State Attorney General's Office. To my surprise (I don't know why I was surprised), the Attorney General's Office told me they have numerous complaints about this company! My conplaint was added to the list. I can see by reading other perople's experiences with this company that it is not on the up-and-up and nobody should fall for their false advertising pitch! My brother's estate is out $12,995.00 because this bunch is a heartless bunch who's only mission is to rip you off!
