Deceptive practices, Breach of Contract, Fraud, Has apparently gone out of Business Ripoff

White Crane promised a stand alone website, Marketing of the new website and optimization of website. I have been six moths waiting for an operational website and some traffic thru their marketing department. Filed three complaint against them and each time they did just enough to get me off their backs. Now seven months later my website is not accessible, cannot contact whtiecrane because all their telephone numbers have been disconnect and do not have a website. Total cost for this lessen is in excess of $3000.00
