My freshman in college son ordered a trial sample of this product and then immediately canceled online. This was on February 20. He got an email back that they cancelled him from the autoship program (I have a copy).
They proceeded to charge my account $106.90 on 2/21,3/27, and 4/30/06. I contacted MBNA (the account holder and told them of the situation. I sent them copies of all the documentation. They credited the last charge and contacted the company.
On July 7 they reversed that charge and told me there was nothing they could do.
I need to find out how to get my $320.70 back. MBNA says too much time has passed but we are dealing with a minor who was living in the dorm. At least he had the presents of thought to send me a copy of the email confirming the cancelation in February.
PLEASE HELP! I'm struggling to make ends meet and could use that money.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
