Mail In Rebate Fraud - They say they are going to mai rebate but never do

I bought a Beyond Micro 250 GB HDD from Tigerdirect.ca. There was a mail-in-rebate of $50 CAD.
July 7th Applied for rebate.
July 25th rebate was accepted by Onrebate.com
Since then they have not sent the payment. I have called 5 times since August Every time I call... After holding for 45- 50 minutes... Their customer service promises that the rebate will be sent out tomorrow... But it never is. I have called them about five times and some old story. I have also emailed them but no response.

Its very sad that reputed companies like Beyond Micro & Tiger Direct are part of this scam.

I have also seen lot of complaints agianst Onrebate on the web...

I am also going to get in touch with the BBB and see what they can do.
