Only gives 7 days to cancel Internet

I signed up for this in order to qualify for a free gift.

However you have to cancel within SEVEN days. After five days I called to cancel, and was told I was not in their system yet.By the time I was in their system it was too late to cancel.
Oddly enough when I dialed the phone number I spoke to the same phone operator. I have never had that happen before and I don't think it is a coincidence. I called the number in the report I found here from another consumer complaintser.

I did get a refund, and informed them I found them through this website.
