I called Easy Method so that my daughter could take lessons from them. A gentlemen explained the different plans that they had and I signed up for four lessons for $337.00. I gave them my information and credit card information. He said that he scheduled my daugher for July 1 at 11:00am.
When July 1st came, no one showed up. I called Easy Method only to be told that they do not have a Stacie Bradford scheduled nor do they have any credit card information from me. At that point, I just said forget it and that I chose not to deal with them. He said ok and I thought since they had not charged anything at that time, there was no problem.
Today, July 2nd, I pulled up my account and found out that they did charge the $337.00 to my account. I angrily called them up and left a message stating what happened and I wanted re-imbursement. So far no one has returned my calls. I have been calling nonstop and no one will pick up the phone. This has left me very angry and if i do not get re-imbursement, I will have to go to court with this.
