Lists items on eBay as new, ships completely damaged unusable merchandise, ships through 3rd party to make returns difficult then blames on shipping company (even though shipping company noted at drop off that it was damaged) and doesnt return calls or emails. He has done the same to several others (at least 3 I know of).
Problem also that the items are heavy and he knows that people will not pay $250 to return the item in order to get the money back.
This guy is one thief and even though PayPal was of no help with helping get my money back, at least they are on his case with legal action.
