These people took my 15 year old daughter's hard earned money. She ordered a pair of shoes back on August 5, and guess what? We have not seen the merchandise yet.
Everytime I call them I get the same automated system saying leave name and number and they'll get in contact with us. Well that was 4 months ago.
I sent several emails and was finally responded to, stating that around the time our order was placed they were having trouble with an ex-supplier and they were in the process of refunding people their money. Well, we still have not seen money or shoes.
$69 may not seem like a lot to some people, but to a child it's a lot. All we want is for them to do the right thing and give the people their money or their merchandise.
